Day 1 – Advocare 24 Day Challenge – Dilbert
Morning – Woke up with an incredible since of relief, you know what I’m talking about. Had an apple for breakfast. Snack – 1 boiled egg Lunch – Salad with some chopped Salmon & Strawberries Snack- Celery Dinner – Left over salmon with asparagus and Brussell sprouts. Yummy. Workout – 8:00 Shoulders and arms.
