Day 5 – Advocare 24 Day Challenge – Jill

Note to self: make sure to cook oat bran for the right amount time!
First time to eat oat bran it was a little like wood pulp! Haha
I put a maple favored agave in it, that made it really good.

I feel great,love the spark.
Can’t believe I don’t miss the soda!
Best thing I could do for myself!

    I finished my ADVOCARE 24 day challenge on March 16 and I’d lost 23 POUNDS!!! TWENTY THREE!!!!
