Breakfast:
Fiber shake: OK I took this in two glasses of water half at a time and it was so much easier for me I must be a baby but for anyone else that does like to swallow thick jello in the mornings ..you can do this !
Orange Spark with a banana
Morning Snack:
1 hardboiled egg
lots of WATER!
Exercise:
3 Catalyst 15 minutes before workout, or with a meal if you aren’t exercising on that day
3 mile run
lots of WATER!
Lunch:
Left over chicken with a side of tomatoes and cucumbers
Afternoon Snack:
Some mixed nuts
Dinner:Salmon in the oven seasoned with Chef Paul Prudhomme’s seasoningthis stuff is awesome! With grilled veggies ,onions and peppers, this was simple but really tasty Took my 3 Advocare Herbal Cleanse pills and 3 Catalyst with water, went to bed early.
Overall feeling / experiences Day 3:
Not a great day…started out good but still feel a little funky at the end of the day
