Day 4
Much better start to the morning. Went for a run for the first time in 4+ months and felt better good. Weighted in at 190.5 I like having the spark when I workout in the morning. Very very happen there is no fiber drink waiting for me when I get to work. 3 hardboiled eggs for breakfast. Apple for a snack.
Lunch – Had a sweet potato with nothing on it for lunch, which was surprisingly good. Only ate about ½ of it but filled me up. Day is going well so far!

Good deal. You need to do a post on traveling while on the 24 Day Challenge and list some of the challenges you faced, especially the Open Bar after winning the presentation contest – glad I didn’t have to be subjected to the Open Bar – I was jonezing for a beer over the weekend.
