Day 1 – Jill – 24 Day Challenge

Daily Weigh In (Jill)

145lbs Monday morning (start of challenge)

Breakfast:

Fiber shake:  first thing in the morning…OMG That was thick wasn’t sure if I could get it down!

Spark Energy Drink:  Orange, first time trying the drink, I really liked it.

Apple: Not used to eating fruit more or less eating it in the morning but felt good afterwards

WATER!

Morning Snack:

2 hardboiled egg

WATER! and 2 Omega Plex

Exercise:

3 Catalyst 15 minutes before workout, or with a meal if you aren’t exercising on that day

3 mile run – felt good, lots of energy

WATER!

Lunch:

Grilled Tuna (1/2 steak) over small bed of lettuce with low cal/low fat pomelgranet vinagrete (60 calories in 2 tablespoons) – dressing was good – here’s the brand… Marzetti simply dressed

Afternoon Snack:

Didn’t’ have one – big mistake but wasn’t hungry – bonked by the time dinner was ready

Fruit punch Spark

Dinner:

Could barely eat some grilled chicken and asparagus with grilled onions in olive oil.  Thought that my blood sugar was low, like my husband but due to the fact I usually have sugar all day long.  Took my 3 Advocare Herbal Cleanse pills and 3 Catalyst with  lots of WATER!

Overall feeling / experiences Day 1:

Fiber drink as mentioned was rough, Note to any one do not add more water thinking this will help just drink it fast! Good energy through the first 3/4′s of the day, good energy for my run, not hungry and then downhill fast before dinner.  I can’t believe that I like the spark as much as I do! That is a big plus for the girl that drank coke or coke all day long!
