Day 1 – Advocare 24 Day Challenge – Dilbert

Morning – Woke up with an incredible since of relief, you know what I’m talking about. Had an apple for breakfast.

Snack – 1 boiled egg

Lunch – Salad with some chopped Salmon & Strawberries

Snack- Celery

Dinner – Left over salmon with asparagus and Brussell sprouts.  Yummy.

Workout – 8:00 Shoulders and arms.

    Are we to think you are only lifting weights once during this whole challenge? Wuss. The Cardio crew is going to show up on the results on Day 24.
